Reservations and availability

Reservation requests are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Northwest Truck Rentals. A submitted form does not guarantee a vehicle, rate or rental term until confirmed directly.

Rates, kilometres and accessories

Rates are listed as starting rates. Mileage allowances, excess kilometre fees, insurance, accessories, taxes and long-term pricing must be confirmed for each rental.

Driver and payment requirements

Drivers may be required to provide valid identification, a valid driver licence, payment information, insurance details and any additional documentation requested by Northwest Truck Rentals.

Vehicle use

Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with the rental agreement, applicable laws, road conditions and any geographic or worksite restrictions confirmed at the time of rental.

Damage, cleanliness and return condition

Vehicles should be returned on time and in the agreed condition. Damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, fuel discrepancies or late returns may result in additional charges.

Cancellations and changes

Changes or cancellations should be made as early as possible. Any cancellation fees or deposit requirements should be confirmed directly with Northwest Truck Rentals.
