If there is immediate danger, call emergency services first. Then contact Northwest Truck Rentals as soon as it is safe to do so. Have your vehicle type, location, rental agreement information and a short description of the issue ready.
Emergency or after-hours instructions should be confirmed at pickup and may also appear on the rental agreement.
